Time and Clutter - How to Manage Both

Personal Development

There’s never enough time. Stuff is everywhere. When demands appear overwhelming, we are affected personally, professionally. Our emotions and environments are interconnected. By identifying the difference between urgency and importance, we can better manage our time to clear out the mental and physical clutter that affect our lives. Participants will leave with techniques that will allow them to finally get in control.

Communicating for Results

Advocacy and Communication Skills

We communicate all the time, but how often do we achieve the results we want? Each individual processes information differently. Learning styles and literacy comprehension are unique. Our challenges are several: choosing the appropriate way to share a message; showing sensitivity to others; appreciating different learning styles; creating mutual understanding; and focusing on results. Participants will leave with greater awareness about the communication process.
